Mr. Krekeler is an associate in the firm’s Tax and Estate Planning group. He focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, including charitable planning, family limited partnerships, business succession planning, and wealth preservation strategies.

He has assisted clients with estate planning, trust and probate estate administration, estate tax return preparation, prenuptial agreements, Medicaid planning, guardianships and conservatorships, and contested trust and probate matters.

Mr. Krekeler has lectured to the Social Security Administration and other attorneys about estate planning, planning for a family member with special needs and Medicaid eligibility.
