Summary

David Oetting became of counsel to the firm in 2005. His practice focuses primarily on estate planning, trust administration, securities arbitration and general business law. He is an arbitrator for the NASD and has practiced in Clayton for thirty years.

David is a member of the Missouri Bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Claims Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals (Eighth Circuit).
